The corner plot is situated on a prominent location in Paleo Psychiko, facing Southeast. The project concerns the design of a contemporary residential building that balances privacy, openness, and high-quality urban living. The 843 sq.m plot features a mild natural slope, which is carefully integrated into the architectural composition, allowing the building to unfold naturally within its context.
The development comprises three high-standard apartments with underground parking facilities, while the top residence is designed as a maisonette with an additional attic level, offering an enhanced sense of exclusivity. Two outdoor swimming pools—one at roof level and one within the landscaped open space—act as focal points of relaxation, elevating the overall living experience.
A clearly articulated circulation core, architecturally detached from the main volume, organizes vertical movement and reinforces clarity and independence among the residences. Living areas are oriented towards the southeast, maximizing natural light and views, while private zones are positioned to the north, ensuring comfort and discretion.
The architectural expression is defined by clean horizontal lines, natural-toned materials, and a controlled interplay of solid and transparent elements. Ventilated facades clad in marble or composite panels, glass balustrades, and fixed or movable shading panels & louvres form a cohesive envelope that combines elegance with energy efficiency.
The surrounding landscape is redesigned with new planting, enhancing the microclimate and reinforcing the project’s sustainable approach. Overall, the composition reflects a refined architectural language, combining functional clarity with a contemporary approach to urban residential living.
